    n OSX double clicking on ZENworks icon brings up technician app. In Windows it brings up the Zenworks Window. Can this be changed to be like windows?

    Refresh shortcut key in NALwindow

    Zenworks 2017 does not have F5 as a nalwin refresh option. We would like to have that, so you do not have to click the refresh with the mousebutton.
