Zenworks 2017 does not have F5 as a nalwin refresh option.
We would like to have that, so you do not have to click the refresh with the mousebutton.

Refresh key support is added in 2017 Update 3 as part of defect (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1083535). You may want to check.
I can confirm that F5 works in the U3 agent.
