Currently an Add-On image has to be deployed to something in ZCC.
Previously in ZEN 7 I would create an Addon image and dovetail it into the base image creating an image that can be removed from network and fired up and still install all the Enterprise Applications and Department applications.
Now we have to wait for ZCM agent to talk to the ZCM system to get added application installations.

When we deploy 700-800 machines a year (for a life cycle of 3 years) this previous ZEN 7 feature comes in real handy for automation of deployments and imaging.

I would prefer all the Imaging functions from 7 get into 11 than taking time developing Ghost and Windows images into 10.
These other vendor functions will get new customers using the other vendor products but what about existing customers that use the feature set in ZENworks that ZEN now doesn't have. It breaks our processes and mgmt starts looking at other vendors.

Allow a "Nalcache" of some sort to be dovetailed into the image and allowing the ZCM agent to install cached applications from an add-on image ... I've even dropped the add-on image into the imgexp to add it. Works Great in 7 but non-existent in 11.
