Suggested for TeamWorks IDEA [Improve online (co) editing of documents] it would be nice to be able to add (co) editing of documents in GroupWise WebAccess.
Expected workflow:
* User recieves a message with an attachement
* Instead of slecting Preview, user selects Edit
* Document is opened in Online Editor (COOL/LOOL)
* User can Save the document directly to TeamWorks/Filr NetFolders if needed
* User can Share the document (Saving it to TeamWorks/Filr), and/or Invite for co-editing
* User can Reply the message and Attach the modified version of the document, or can choose to Reply with an (Public or Protected) file link. This depends on the settings the Admin made or the organisation requirements.
For new mail messages:
* User starts a new mail message
* Can click button New Document> Text/Speadsheet/Presentation/...
* User (depending on admin settings) can choose the location the document needs to be saved (TeamWorks/Filr, etc)
* Document is opened in Online Editor (COOL/LOOL)
* User can Share the document (Saving it to TeamWorks/Filr), and/or Invite for co-editing
* User can Send the message and Attach the the document, or can choose to Send with an (Public or Protected) file link. This depends on the settings the Admin made or the organisation requirements.

Created similar IDEA for GroupWise Desktop client. This makes sure the is consitency in document creation, modification, co-editing between the desktop client, WebAccess and TeamWorks
