Yes just like the Bomgar remote utility Novell uses for techsupport :)
Isn't it weird that novell uses Bomgar for remote control rather than a rendition of their own in-house developed tool? I wonder why
Cause the ZCM rc-tool is just not up to the task today and it just would be a lottt of work to get it on par with Bomgar. I suggested the same regarding teh request for remote control of mobile-devices for which Bomgar already has a solution, so that tool feels like a natural fit in ZCM to replace RC.
