yes, to make Groupwise more attractive for business users, Groupwise has to be integrated in Cisco Collaboration solutions
Until Micro Focus comes up with a solution, you can edit the def*.xls files (XSLT knowledge helps) in the view directory to enable the phone numbers for click to dial. Not supported, but works...
We are using Cisco Jabber as well. It would be of great additional value
Groupwise 2018 implemented the support for Click to Dial. There is support for the tel-protocol-handler, which is also used by Jabber. Look into your Groupwise Settings under Tools>Options>Environment>Default Actions> Default telephony Provider.
