Identity Governance (IG): Multi Application Collector

There is a need to have a multi application collector, one collector that could read from a database with a lot of applications/account/permission/descriptions inside a DB and map it to different applications in IG.
Today if I have approx 200 applications I need to create 200 collectors, one customers have 200 applications already populated trough a process into a SQL database, the data is structured and needs to be applied into IG on every Application.
Today that isn't possible.

Yes and No, in that case it's requested for a CSV and JSON integration, I need it for a DB connections.
