Appliances created with SUSE studio have a security certificate mechanism integrated into the port 9443 administration console.
This mechanism greatly simplifies the process of adding a 3rd party security cert to the appliance.
In the Filr appliance, that mechanism also applies the 3rd party cert to the interface that uses port 8443.

Given that the 8443 console is also the main interface for the Sentinel appliance, it would make sense to similarly replace the current process used by the Sentinel appliance for 3rd party cert integration with the same process used in the Filr appliance.
