NetIQ Sentinel: Agent Manager Agent shoud send Heartbeat Events to detekt that it is up and running

There should be a possiblity to detect that an Agent Manager Agent is running independent from sending events to Sentinel.

I think one possibilty would be to have a configurable option to force the Agent Manager Agent to send a heartbeat event to Sentinel e.g. every 5 minutes. Then I would be able to create a correlation that looks for the heartbeat event and checks it five minites later comes the next one and if not creates an alert.

This would help us because we have th requirement to Monitor critical Systems and Report every outage of an Agent.
