Background:
We have severe problems with File Connector log sources and have not get solution for that yet. For some reason file reading hangs occasionaly and never recover from it automatically.

Request:
So for a work around for this problem could be that we periodically restart Event source, since that will recover the problem in most of cases. Could you add feature that Event source would be possible restart via CLI or REST API? At the moment it is possible only manually from ESM.
