ZENworks Configuration Management: Add 'zac inv -f scannow' functionality to ZCC

There are sometimes situations when it is necessary to run a full inventory scan on a device. Currently the only method is to manually, or via a bundle, run 'zac inv -f scannow'.

We would like to be able to run a 'zac inv -f scannow' via ZCC. Currently, triggering a scan via ZCC does not do the -f piece. If ZCC functionality could be enhanced then, when 11.4 is rolled out to agents, we could do a full scan on demand rather than having to deliver a bundle to do it. This would improve the admin experience.

It would also be an interesting feature to add full scan schedule. I had to send a full scan bundle after activating ZAM module.
