ZENworks Configuration Management: New Canned Reports should be decoupled from ZCM releases and more easily accessible

It looks like new canned reports are being added to each revision of ZCM. e.g. There's new reports in 11.4 Beta that weren't in 11.3.1, etc.

Wish list:

- Publish in the release notes/readme/TID when new reports are available

- Make reports available standalone/separate download; e.g. Customer may want a new report but does not want to upgrade all of ZCM just to get it

- Publish new reports in a similar fashion to PRU; i.e. It just appears in System Update and customer can decide to install or not

These will improve the whole customer experience.
