The 'Devices' window gives me two options - 'Servers' & 'Workstations'. If I use the search panel to find the device i want - I then do not have an option to Remote Control under the 'Action' menu. This means I have to drill down Devices, Workstation folder, then Search, then I can Remote Control.
Our link with our users is the device name, and this option from the first search results (and a few other options too!) would save us time, and frustration.

Why oh why didn't I look to the left hand menu - 'Device Tasks'.......Everything I need is right there........ doh!!!!
