When this happens the agent is no longer in the management zone. Usually requires a support call with the user to try and manually get it registered. Losing bundle information is one thing but the agent should NEVER lose zone information.

  • Same here. Cache gets corrupt on many devices. No improvement realised in Version 11.3 and later which should address These issues.

  • We run into this issue on a daily basis. 99% of the time it's because of LAN/WLAN switching that blue-screens a laptop. There really needs to be a mechanism that keeps the zone association permanent rather than in cache. I'm assuming ZEUS could be a good candidate to "recover" a botched agent config and get the machine back to a manageable state.
