There is no warning when a remote control session expires. When remote controlling a workstation and logging in through a remote control session, it would be great to know when a session is about to timeout or to be able to get back into the session.

Since the remote control policy requires user acceptance when a remote control session is requested for a logged in user and you have lost the session due to a timeout, there's no way to get back onto the session. The only workaround we've found so far is to reboot the workstation and start a new remote control session. We don't want to extend the remote control timeout too far since that could cause other issues. The problem occurs when trying to work on a remote workstation and doing something that takes a while to complete. Since admins are so prone to multi-tasking, they end up losing the remote session due to timeouts.

Since the logged in user is the same user as the ZCC user requesting remote control, another option on remote control policies (maybe something like - allow remote control when same user is logged in as remote control requester) would be great. Or if my credentials are the same as the logged in user, let me in.

While the abnormal termination option is set to logout user, apparently timeout of the remote control session is not considered an abnormal termination. Another option here - if credentials used to access the workstation are the same as the logged in user, accept the remote control.
