Currently reports in the ZCC seem to always sort alphabetically, even when it's a numeric field such as in the Home view of the ZCC. The Device Hot List shows workstations with problems. Sorting on one of the fields (error, info, etc) does not do a numeric sort on the numbers. This is also a problem with some fields such as IP address. For example, doing a reverse sort to find the workstations with the most problems, you get all the 9's first, followed by 82, 8, ..., 54, 5, 41, 4... This doesn't show the data accurately since 82 is a larger number than 9. When there are thousands of machines in this view, this can be frustrating.
