In an environment using a DNS name to load the ZCC that is being hosted by several primary servers behind a load-balancer (F5 brand), the name of the server being connected to is not displayed in the connection URL. When an issue happens with the ZCC, the user is unable to tell us which server they are connected to. Having the name of the server displayed within the page text of the ZCC would allow us to pinpoint the problematic server quickly and address the issue.
