Description:
A lot of times when a shortcut is created, parameters need to be added to open a specific file for example

Proposed Solution:
Allow parameters to be appended to the shortcut executable; or provide an addition dialog line to enter needed parameters (like ZdM)

Value Proposition:
Allow wider usability to shortcuts and reduces the need to use scripting or other methods to create shortcuts with parameters.
