Description:
The ZENWorks (Launcher) WIndow for OS X looks and feels like when an item is selected, the keyboard could be used to navigate through items with arrow keys. In practice, this does not work.

Proposed Solution:
Add arrow key support (and other keyboard navigation) to the OS X ZENWorks Window (Launcher)

Value Proposition:
The interface would feel more natural, even though OS X generally discourages use of the keyboard in places where the mouse might be used.
