PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Add new right to disable the possibility for an administrator to modify the inventory in ZAA

STEPS TO REPRODUCE (Enough detail to create a test case):
- Create an local administrator
- Don't add right to this administrator
- Login in ZAA inventory editor with this administrator account
- Modify the inventory data

RESULTS:
- The inventory data are modified

Add a right for administrator to allow the possibility to modify the inventory in ZAA
