In Jasper repository, the sub-groups that are under the parent group will not be mapped to the administrator role. We found at that it is the same logic for user role.
Big organization that have a Microsoft AD ldap source heavily rely on nested groups for delegated administration.

Proposed Solution:
implement nested group in Jasper for at least user.
