If we deploy a message (prompt user action) to users about system maintenance, it is possible to add text. But if we add a hyper-link in the text, it will be underlined and the text color is getting blue. If the mouse pointer is on the hyper-link, it will change in the well known 'hand'. So everything looks good, but unfortunately no action occurs when clicking on it.

So make the final step, to run the hyper-link and open it in the browser.
