Currently the ZCM agent can not show bundle progress if NALWIN is running as Windows Shell. Bundle progress can only be shown if Windows Explorer is loaded with the current implementation.

This is desired to give user "entertainment" for locked-down kiosk devices, where only bundle delivered applications should be able to install & run.
