Under Asset Management | Licensed Records | <software name> | License Allocations

Towards the middle of the screen there is a "Installations with no Allocations" and a number that is hyperlinked. This takes you to the list of devices that have it installed. Nothing can be done with this list other than see the device.

Make each device in that list have a checkbox with an action option to allocate a license to it.

This will lessen the time to have to try and query the device in the "Device Allocation" section where you have to filter on the device one by one.
