According to the documentation ( https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks113/zen11_discovery_deployment/data/batayeu.html ), is not specified the syntax of credentials that the admin must provide to deploy the zenworks agents using the automated task.

One of our customers spent several hours to figure out that the correct syntax for Windows domain devices is "user@domain.com", not "domain\username" or just the "username".

Change the ZCC UI or docs will prevent for other users spent time on this.
