Currently on a default install of ZCM 11.4, if you select nmap as a discovery option, then ALL IP addresses will report "success" when it shouldn't report anything. If nmap hasn't been configured, it should report something else such as "N/A" or "NotTested", just something other than success. It needs to be something that won't on its own show an IP as a discovered device and ideally helps lead an admin to how to configure ZCM to use nmap properly.
