As of now, knowledgebase/ TID information is mostly used by the support team. If this is integrated in ZENworks product UI, even customers can search for a problem they are facing. The public TID information is accessible on Novell support site.
The intent is to provide a search option in ZCC which will allow customers to search for information from knowledgebase.
