ZENworks Configuration Management: Remote control devices even if the agent is dead

As a support person if the ZENworks Adapative Agent is having a problem, I would still like to be able to use ZENworks Remote Management to perform rights based authenticated remote management operations so that I can troubleshoot the ZENworks agent problem remotely without having to buy another solution.

ZENworks 11SP4 now provide capability that allows rights based remote management even when the core ZENworks agent isn't running. Available in current beta builds.
