Since we are using more and more action requirements it would be nice, if we could see the requirements of all actions or at least see which actions have a requirement in the view of all actions of an action set.

At the moment you are able see 4 values of each action:
- Name
- Type
- State (in my opinion this could be ommited at the moment, because you see that the disabled actions are not blue and clickable)
- Continue on Failure

It would be great if the action requirement is also displayed here.
If the whole requirement-set doesn't fit in this view, maybee it could be shortened and a hover would show the whole requirements (compare #1927).
