As an administrator when I am using the object browser to select a destination folder for a move or create of an object I should be able to easily create a folder from within the object browser so that I don't waste my time exiting the browser, creating the folder, and then doing it all over again.

Happy Path
1) I am browsing for a location in the object browser
2) I can click something to create a new folder and define the name
3) I can then select the folder as the destination
