It would be nice to see a list of running processes of a remote machine without having to remote control it and kick the user off. Currently, remote diagnostics only shows System Information, Computer Management, Registry Editor, and Services. Being able to see a list of running processes, and having the ability to end processes without interfering with the end user would be very valuable.
