Current Situation:
If you want to edit the Workstation fields (First Name,, Last Name, Phone, Department,....)
you have to it:

open Inventory Tab --> Detailed Hardware/Software Inventory --> New Window opens --> Edit

Suggestion:
These Fields should be available directly in the inventory tab for reading AND editing.
