There are a number of places under Devices where you can filter on Workstation and User fields, but Administrator Defined Fields are not available. Two that I know of for sure are:
1. Create Dynamic Workstation/Server Group - Select Add Filter - no ADFs available.
2. Devices - Managed Tab - Select Advanced Search - Select Add Filter - no ADFs available.

Add any workstation or user ADFs to the drop-down list for any filters that give access to Machine and Primary User fields.
