Problem: Suppose I have a bundles/policies in which I want to have more numbers of settings based on different Sandbox versions. In summary page "Administrator Notes" is available, but Suppose if I have multiple Sandbox versions I cannot go and click every versions and check what settings the sandbox version has.
So, we can have a one word or two word description for sandbox version which we can add while publishing the sandbox version.
In this way we can easily goto the Displayed version dropdown(Sandbox versions) by seeing the version number added with one or two word description. So, we can quickly goto that particular Sandbox version and can check all details in summary page "Administrator Notes" or respective tabs and publish it.

For example: I have one settings related to windows 10 1803 users which is available in sandbox version 5 , so I can have sandbox version like "5 win10 1803"
