In an air-gapped network we have to manually import patches (https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks-2020/zen_pm_airgap/data/zen_pm_airgap.html) and the CVE feeds (https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks-2020/zen_cve_reference/data/zen_cve_reference.html#t4adahtp33i2).

The patch part is simple, just copy the updated files over and the server will import them according to its schedule.

However, to import the CVE feed we have to log in to ZCC and do some clicks to get the ZIP files in to the system. We'd like to just be able to copy the downloaded ZIP files in to a directory and let the server import them itself. i.e. Have a method consistent with that used for patching.
