In some cases it is necessary to indicate certain steps to the support so that the supporter can visually grab the problem.
In order to reproduce any problems, it would be great if you could implemented a tool in the ZCM Agent of the device and server (such OBS studio - opensource https://obsproject.com/de/download) to grab the current screen.
