It needs an agent. I'd really like two-way integration with bomgar myself to help us support unmanaged devices (no agent) but include the benefits of ZCM. Perhaps have a bomgar client button to deploy the ZCM agent and allow ZCC to optionally use bomgar instead of tightvnc. A lot of us own both ZCM and Bomgar so integration makes sense.
The Zenworks remote is already somewhat portable...I've copied files to a folder that I can carry around on a flash drive. I assume it would be just as easy to use the same client to connect back...just needs a better GUI.
