ZENworks Configuration Management: In place upgrade of Primary Server OS from SLES 11 to SLES 12

It should be possible to upgrade the underlying Primary Server OS from SLES 11 SP3 or SP4 to SLES 12 (SP1).

This scenario is not covered in ZENworks 11.4.1. After upgrading a SLES 11 SP3 based Primary Server to SLES 12 not all services are working.

Or a migration utility where the new server assumes the GUID/name/IP of the original.
