The system variable entry form in the ZCC should scan for invalid characters (& and <) and prevent the user from including them. It should inform them with an error displayed in the ZCC page. Although it is documented, bundle creators sometimes forget when creating system variables for weblinks to be used in action sets resulting in the bundle icon not being shown in the application window.
