We try to minimize the use of VirtualStore, so we can be sure that every setting is saved correctly where we believe it should be.

We wondered why every user on every pc has a VirtualStore.
Then we saw that auprinter.dat and loginname.dat is placed in
%localappdata%\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\work\inventory\temp
instead of %zenworks_home%\work\inventory\temp
.
We assume that user inventory-process instead of system inventory-process is not granted to write in ProgramFiles and therefore will use the VirtualStore
