As an administrator I would like to create a network environment that uses a condition of whether a given DNS name resolves to a specific IP address. This will make it easy to determine whether the customer is inside or outside of my firewall.

Happy Path Scenario:
1) I can create a network environment in ZCC using a new check for DNS name resolves to x.
2) Clients the use this as part of determining their location.
