Between the two products, I have more confidence in the reporting provided by ZPM than ZAM, however I still need both because ZPM doesn't look for software like the GroupWise client. The overhead to scan every workstation twice and have to train people to use two separate products to assess our environment is unnecessary when ZPM is definitely the superior product.
