The option to set local device logging to rolling based on date (daily or monthly pattern) should include a number of backup files option, just like the rolling based on size option. It's an extra step for administrators to configure logrotate independently of ZENworks, and it would need to be installed on all managed devices using the option for rolling based on date. It should just be part of ZENworks, just like the option under rolling based on size.
