"Requiremets" "Operating System - Windows" "Version" "10.0.1803 - Windows 10 Version 1803"
is not applicable in "German" (Version 17.4.). The error message appears:
„Ihre Änderungen können aus folgenden Gründen nicht angewendet werden: Die Version muss im Format "x" bis "x.x.x.x" angegeben sein.“
"Your changes can not be applied for the following reasons: The version must be in the format" x "to" x.x.x.x "."

In "English" (Version 17.4.) you can set the "Requiremets".

You should open a SR for this. This is a fault.
