ZENworks Configuration Management: Disable mandatory telemetry schedule

Whilst it is possible to disable sending of mandatory telemetry data (ZCC -> Configuration -> Telemetry -> 'Server does not have outward connectivity, manually upload the data using these instructions') we wish to completely disable the task from running altogether as we are a secure site and will never ever send this data outside of the organisation.

In the EU, the telemetry function in ZCM as it is currently is illegal.

It is possible to disable telemetry today by editing /etc/opt/novell/zenworks/telemetry/customer_filter.xml and changing the value of disableTelemetry to true instead of false. This will prevent any telemetry data from being sent.
