Currently you can not scope other yum repositories in Subscriptions -> Create New Subscription -> RPM-MD Subscription.
Platform does not scope to Scientific Linux platform, but does include OSL-15 and OSL-42.

It would be nice to have this option for all Enterprise grade Linux including CENTOS and Ubuntu.
