Currently it is only possible to mark a single device to be a test device.

It should be possible enforce the test option on multiple device despite their current test status and vice versa. There should be 2 ways:
- Select multiple device in ZCC and have them all set at once to be testing devices
- Have option on device groups to enforce all members to be test devices
