Android 8 finally provided the option to activate a device under Full control with Work profile, aka Device owner w/work profile, aka Full control - personal enabled, aka Corporate Owned Personal Enabled (COPE)
This is very important for Corporate owned devices where full control of the device policies are still required, while still providing a separate work only container on device.
