ZCC should show the progress of content compression & encryption by ZENLoader upon uploading bundle content. This would get rid of the nasty "CachedItem error" on the client when you assign a newly created bundle too early where the Primary Server is still in the progress of compressing and encrypting the bundle content (esp. true for large setup files).
