ZENworks Configuration Management: Report on effective rights for administrator

As a zone administrator I want to be able to generate a report that shows what rights a given delegated admin has and how/where they got the rights from.

Happy Path Scenario:
1) I can create a new Admin rights report in either ZCC or ZRS
2) I can optionally filter for a given user.
3) The report includes information about the rights the user has, which context those rights apply to, how those rights were granted (direct, indirect via Group/Role), and the object that the rights were granted at.

I would love to see report as well where I have a list of Administrator Groups who are are in the group, and/or what rights the group has..not sure if a new idea should be opened or not
